It might be an ideal that my company overflows in vigor for the manager.
The employee is the motivation one that the be full of becomes glad even if it is not a manager.
Then, how does such an office come into existence?
First of all, it is necessary to think about man’s behavioral principle.
Man is why it works.
First of all, it is for appearance because of money etc.
As for an unpleasant thing, it doesn’t want to do as much as possible, and feelings that it wants to cut it as much as possible might be strong in case of such consideration.
Of course, it might be far from the office where vigor exists.
There are people who work even if money is not gotten in the world, too.
It might be the model such as volunteers.
Do you work even if money is not gotten why?
The reason is easy.
It is because something that is not money is gotten.
Or, is feelings that the person in question got?
What is it?
The desire that I am admitted as praise from the person is filled.
How should I do by it for the individual to give the motivation similarly in the entire office though am good?
It is not because there is an easy answer.
Let’s explain as one methodology.
It is thought that the sense of accomplishment felt when a certain work is ended is requested with the motivation.
It did. It is pleasure.
The target is necessary to feel the sense of accomplishment.
It should be concrete.
The purpose is to be able to judge whether to be able to achieve it as anyone can see.
In having a goal in the company, the person grows up.
There should be vigor the first step of the office where vigor exists ..an individual individual…
