Moral hazard

There is the one “Moral hazard” in one of the know as a manager.
It is a phenomenon worried in recent Japan.
The moral hazard will be able to be said, “Moral degeneration” if it says plainly.
That is noticed as a socially accepted idea only after the doubt is not felt in coming in the enterprise as the custom though it doesn’t pass, and it invites a storm of criticism from the society.
It doesn’t relate to the action of correcting that because it doesn’t doubt it.
And, the problem grows further.
There is enormous amount of debt waiver by the financial institution when the example in recent years is given.
The debenture was abandoned, and there were a lot of financial institutions that relied on the public fund this.
It is a result of careless management of consequentially arriving at the debt waiver disregarding the profit though an original financial institution collects the claim and is natural.
The action like seeming the debt waiver natural.
It becomes in deviating from the way of original management and it becomes a hebetude.
How should I do to cure this?
It basically becomes establishment of the ethics employee individual with the enterprise.
It is necessary to think whether the enterprise is accomplishing the social responsibility.
The lead of the management is very important at such time.
The management should take the lead, the principle and the standard of the action be shown, and infiltration to the employee be attempted.
The management in the future should pay attention about such ethics.
